About Us
Our company is a well-established name in the sphere of wire feeding machines and other products. Softron Control Systems was established in the year of 1985, as a designer,
manufacturer, supplier, and exporter of Cored Wire Injection Systems
for Steel Melting Shop, Wire Feeding Machine, Aluminium Wire Injection
Machine, Control Panel with PLC, Electric Control Panel, Pneumatic
Control Panel for AC/DC Drives, Remote Box (50 kg), and many
others. All these products are manufactured using high quality raw
materials, which ensure our products' high performance and quality.
These products are used in iron and steel industries.
Since our
inception, we have commissioned over 75 installations in the range of
below 1 MT Ladle to extra large one with four strand capability.
Initially, we started as manufacturer of electric drive & control
panels & PLC automation systems, and later on, we ventured into
wire injection systems. During the past years, we have acquired a wide
client base in national as well in international markets; along with
acquiring a large market share as well.
Our Mentor
All our business activities are managed and supervised by Mr. Ashok Dusane,
who is also the founder of our company. He has a mechanical and
electrical engineering degree from VJTI, Mumbai University. Along with
him, our business activities are managed by our chairman, Mrs. Chhaya Dusane and by our CEO, Mr. Nilesh Dusane.
He also has a mechanical and electrical engineering degree from VJTI,
Mumbai University along with an MBA degree from USA. Under their
profound guidance and support, we have been able to successfully cater
to all the demands of our clients successfully.

We
are into the business of designing, manufacturing, supplying, and
exporting a wide range of cored wire injection systems and many other

machines are manufactured with top quality raw materials such as steel,
CRC sheet, plates and many others. Use of these materials makes our
machines highly world-class and applicable in the steel plant and steel
industry. In the near future, we are planning to start dealing in six
strand wire feeding machine, to satisfy all the requirements of our
customers.

Our Design and Manufacturing Units
We
own a well-developed design unit, which assists us in the creation of
highly flexible and classy designs for our range of cored wire
injection systems and other products. These designs are developed as
per the latest market demands and industrial requirements. The design
unit is supported by 2 manufacturing units that are spread over vast
areas. These units have the monthly production capacity of 40 tonnes,
that can be easily increased in case of large orders. Various machines
that are installed in the units are as follows:

- Milling machine
- Grinding machine
Quality Policy
We
market our products, only after conducting thorough checking on them.
Since our inception, we have manufactured, erected, and commissioned
around 80% of our machines in different parts of India. In particular,
we have installed more than 75% of Wire injection machine facilities in
Indian and other countries. With our quality assured machines, we have
made many revolutions in the steel plant & industry. Before
marketing our products, we conduct various testes on them to ensure
their high quality and optimum performance. For conducting these tests,
we use various equipments such as verniers, micrometers, and
multimeters, to name a few. The tests on the finalized machines and
equipments are conducted on the following parameters:
